Ah, the month of February. The month of relationships, red roses, chocolates, and love. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with your significant other and tell them how much you appreciate them (and also shower them with gifts).
But, who says that Valentine’s Day should only last one day? Why can’t we show the same level of affection and spend quality time every single day? And if we don’t have a significant other, how can we show ourselves daily self-love? Luckily, there’s meditation.
